As Americans, it is our right to be a part of the decision, and our responsibility to educate ourselves on the issues. We have freedom of choice to form our own opinions, but sometimes lack the tools to make educated decisions.

As members and leaders of this community, we want to help provide you with the resources you need to form your own opinions and help you make the best choices for your family, your business, and your community.

Amanda Erickson, Executive Director of DAAR explains, “As stewards of our community, educating the public is one objective that all our organizations share.   It is important to fully understand the issues when expressing one’s opinions and even more importantly, when we vote.  We hope this living document will be a resource and provide a one stop for those seeking information.  We will continue to update and invite everyone to use this resource.”

The document will be accessible through the Durango Chamber of Commerce website,www.durangobusiness.org. The coalition is a collaborative effort that provides the four organizations an opportunity to research, exchange and provide information for one another and their memberships.
